Welcome to the new 'oceanlaw.org'. The revised site is still a work in progress, but it already provides new functionality. This site is the continuation of the original oceanlaw.org site, that after 7 years had become outdated in technology and limited by the restrictions of the web hosting server. This new site is hosted at bluehost.com on a modern, high-capacity server and implements the Drupal Content Management System. This new system enhances search capability, adds tags to improve searching, incorporated social media, supports a wide spectrum of modern web browsers and provides paths for incorporating new web services in the future. It also retains the RRS newsfeed to provide automatic feeds of new posts to the site.
In the process of moving, old links to posted articles are broken and new ones are being added. Links to specific PDF files may continue to function, but users are encouraged to use the search and advanced search functions to locate old and new content. The "Looking for" menu items are being enhanced with old and new articles. A search function based on tags is being planned, and new social media links are being considered.
Welcome to the new site for the new year.
